Re: Nintendo Ban in...USA???
This won't affect the Wii completely, just the classic controller. As for the gamecube controllers, who cares? they aren't even being manufactured anymore. The patent system is total shit.

Re: Nintendo Ban in...USA???
Omfg...I heard about this...I seriously can't believe Nintendo actually LOST that case. The judge was either:
A) EXTREMELY retarded (no, I am NOT joking, the judge would literally have to be considered "mentally retarded")
B) Bribed
C) Both
Seriously...I read the ENTIRE case on that shit and all the patents before court. Their claims were feeble at best. Especially since there was really no reason to specifically target Nintendo and Microsoft and leave out Sony (since Sony also "violated" those patents). I'd say it was either some sort of weird bias or the plantiff believed they could squeeze the Big N and M$ for more money than Sony. Or maybe Sony has better lawyers...(I'd almost think they'd have to given their...past with a few copywright laws). I'd say since Anascape clearly isn't run by a bunch of gamers, it would probably be the 2nd or 3rd option.
Or maybe they are run by a bunch of gamers...the kind that give gamers bad names. The kind that LITERALLY never leave their rooms and constantly play games, which would explain why no one knows WHO Anascape is.
