Let's say my parents won't let me do that because they're so computer illiterate, they can't even see that I would know what I'm doing.
What would you recommend for a pre-built system?

Seriously, all regular OEM's suck. If I had to choose one, it'd probably be Dell.

I'm fine with what I'm planning on.
Jbrown gave me a link to a sight that basically custom builds the shit.
The specs are awesome and the best thing is that it looks like a godamn Transformer in hiding xD
I can't wait to get this, cause, I dunno if I told you all this before, but I've had shitty computers...period. I've NEVER had one that I really liked.
My laptop is nice, it gets the job done, but when I try to pop in something like Oblivion, it just gets constipated as fuck. I mean I'm expecting it to start yelling like Goku when trying to render particle effects. Heats up like it's at a barbecue.
So, if I get this PC...I probably won't complain about my PC again for like 5 years ^.^

I don't know about that case for gaming. I had the red on black version of that before the case I have now (antec 900) and I must say that the airflow is horrible. It kept too much heat circulating inside my pc.
