I found one of the series I wanted, Hana Yori Dango. Now I got the whole ball O' wax, weighing in at over a gig of manga.

Unfortunately, there is no one good centralized manga bittorrent site, at least that I've ever heard of. It's best to google to specific title you're looking for with the words "manga", "bittorrent" and maybe "scanlation" (if not yet released in America) added.
I use Azureus as a client. It has plenty of features, most anything you'd want out of a BT client.
