It's from a band name !!! (prnounced "chk chk chk"). The name of the song is "Pardon My Freedom." That link is just a sample from the song. My favorite thing about the song is that it disses Bush and it's danceable!
I used to like NOFX alot. I don't care much for them anymore, but it's cool they have new stuff to sing about. Personally, I liked them better when they sang about lesbians. I still like Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies alot though.
