Valve has announced the beginning of their sales push for the holidays. Throughout the holidays, Steam will pick ten users and give them the top ten games on their wishlist. To enter, you simply have to log in to the Steam webpage, build a wishlist, and then go to the featured deal of the day. Do that and you’re in.
Expect this deal to run until the start of Steam’s daily holiday sales, which started on December 20th last year.

December 1, 2011 – The Daily Wishlist Giveaway begins today on Steam. Each day 10 people will win the top 10 games on their wishlist. The Giveaway begins December 1st and will continue into the holiday season.
To enter, you must have a Steam account and a Wishlist with at least 10 games. Each day you will need to visit the gamepage of the featured daily deal, starting with Terraria at 75% off.
