The 360 is really starting to shape up for me. I recently downloaded the Tomb Raider demo and played it over about 19 times. It’s amazing how well put together the game is. I don’t even have an opinion of the graphics because I was too distracted by the gameplay. Maybe I’m becoming a 360 fanboy. It’s come to the point where I can’t even pick up my PS2 controller and play some Metal Gear Solid online. I usually just leave my dashboard on for hours. I just love the whole 360 dashboard idea and hope that the next systems will follow suit.
I’ve also seen the Revolution scans of Red Steel. Everyone seems to be debating whether they are real or fake. In my eyes, they almost look like pantings to me. With the Revolution, I don’t think graphics shouldn’t be a big problem with gamers. I’m more excited with seeing how the game is played and what the controller will feel like when I’m playing. It’s different than the PS3 and 360 where I’m solely looking at how next-gen the graphics are.
I need a new 360 game; I have my eye on Oblivion.
