Sega and Yakuza 3

I've played the demo 3 times so far and counting. It's a really good classic beat em up interwoven with RPG elements. There was a decent amount of things to do in the demo alone, and there should be a whole lot more on the full product. It'd be nice to be able to understand what the people were saying though. The story sequences seemed pretty intense. 
There's also lots of boobs, so what's not to like?
This is my prayer to sega, please localize this game, you don't even have to do any english voice-overs, just drop subtitles on the dialogue and menus and call it good! Is that really so difficult?
