I doubt it, since of course the 360 version uses XBL and the PC version uses Steam. The only game to my knowledge that has done cross-platform play between XBL and PC was Shadow run.

Yeah, I couldn't agree more about silent 'tards. You NEED coordination, especially when playing as infected. Plus half the time they spend five minutes in spawn mode trying to decide where they want to be.
