Cliffs: Break reiterates how quiet the PS3 is, flame war insues.

MAN, I'd forgotten how worked up we got over the PS3 back in the day. At each others throats over online, pricing, exclusives, hardware, graphics, ect. I almost miss it :( Partisan as FUCK, you either loved it or hated it.

Good times. :D

It's very hilarious. Atticus was pissed off.

It's also funny seeing how the PS3 has changed since then...

Well a lot of those games were either out or we already knew about at the time of that thread. I think the only surprising ones are...GTA4 and Far Cry 2, and maybe Condemned and Battlefield. Unless there's some more in that pic that I can't identify due to glare.

Yeah, my point was just that It went from the only good game being Resistance and Motorstorm to an actual library of stuff.

The Aerosmith one wasn't much of a surprise really...I mean...kind of, but it's not really...

What's more, I didn't really like that one very much. And I still don't consider Motor Storm as a "good game"...I will forever hate that game. That fact shall not ever change unless almost everything is improved in it. Resistance I won't really comment on since I never spent enough time with the game, though I my impressions on it aren't super bad or super amazing.

That isn't my game collection BTW, just in case anyone thought it was. And Mericks, Motorstorm 2 is better than the first. I enjoyed the first game though.

Haven't played the 2nd game, but I hated that game so much. I wanted to take the disc out of the system and break it just because of how horrible a game it was. I didn't even get the feeling of driving a vehicle OR playing a game. That game was so much further below the bar than any other racing game I played that I felt like I was pushing buttons and watching other vehicles drive along.

Wow. I was pretty pissed. The funny thing is that I have a PS3 and only use it for Blu-ray movies. I have one game for it and that's Resistance: Fall Of Man. I haven't even played through MGS4 or R2 yet. I play everything on my 360 still. Preference I guess. That was a great thread though. I read all 12 pages just now. HIGHLY entertaining.

Screw Resistance, Wait for Killzone 2. It's the only FPS I'm going to get This year.

Yeah, I'm definitely gonna play Killzone 2. I think it's gonna squash R2.

I'm going to try not to get TOO excited though. There was a time when I was excited for Haze... I've learned my lesson.
