This is an anime that I am currently watching, but has been really good from what I have seen.
Satou is a NEET* (Not Employed, in Education, or Training) living his life in solitude. He never leaves his apartment and quite literally does nothing each and every day. Then one day a woman and a girl knock on his door. It turns out they are passing out brouchures door to door trying to help with the rising number of NEETs in Japan. Satou denies it and continues with his seclusive life.
The girl comes back. She says he knows he was lieing and offers to help him overcome his NEET ways.
That is all the story I will give as I feel like anything else would be a spoiler. Although I am the type of person who likes going into an anime without knowing much about what to expect.
I will say this, however. Those of you expecting a regular "guy falls in love with girl, girl falls in love with guy" story will be mistaken. Oh, there is a talking refridgerator too. =)
*There are actually two terms used. One is NEET, while the other means someone who is a recluse and never leaves their home. They use that term more often, but I have not memorized it. =\
