The Stream
I don't want to be too much of a pain in the ass, but I'm just wondering if it's to much to ask to randomize the stream a little bit more. I've been listening to it lately and i've only heard the interview with Greg about Halo 2, and the " 5 fuckin years" montage. Maybe it's just me tuning in at the worst times, but if not, whenever you have the chance break, can we have some other shows added? thanks in advance. I appreciate it.

I hear what you're saying. Right now I only have the more recent shows going back to the beginning of this season plus big things like the Halo and Penny Arcade interviews. Why?
Well, most people come to the site by listening to the stream, liking it, and then joining the community (or lurking.) We get more people to come here when they hear a more recent show than when they hear stuff about looking forward to Wind Waker or Phantasy Star Online for GameCube they tend to turn off the stream. I also feel like the newest ones are our strongest, so I'd rather people hear those.
BUT, I am always open to suggestions. How did you guys come here? Did you hear a recent show or an old show?
Also remember that we are constantly adding shows the the archive on the front page if you'd like to download one. (Click Radio Shows) I do understand the convenience of just connecting to the stream and hearing one... What does everyone think?

God..I remember back when I came here.
Some sephiroth guy took me to one radio chat channel and I listened to them for a bit, and before they closed down, I found you guys somehow. Lucky break that I did (no pun intended), because it was the only chat channel with people in it that seemed to have a good level of maturity along with witty jokes and good humor. The others just had dumb jokes, bad humor, and immaturity galore
So I guess every Thanksgiving I should be thankful that I managed to find you guys on Gamesurge.

Gamers 3 is still coming along. School has severely poopood a lot of it, but school ends in a week so...
Also, for the stream, I've decided to add a selected show every week or so along with all the recent shows. This weeks show, for example, is one of the few shows we did with an audience.. This was from the first BreakmanX LAN party on October 3rd, 2003. One of the many shows I will be re-adding to the download page very soon. At any rate, these will be some of my favorite shows. Always looking for suggestions as well.
Q hits Kitsune over the head with a hammer half way through this show... Just another reason to tune in. It plays after "Street Cred." This was also very close to when Q went from hating Xbox to loving Xbox and he talks about why he decided to stop hating it. And yes, I think it is the exact same reason he still holds too!

Break, if I may throw in a couple cents here. (respectful head nod)
For the most part I like ALL the current shows on the stream; however, I do switch to somewhere else when the Halo 2 interview comes on.
It would be a more interesting interview, if Greg would say more than just 'I can't answer that right now.' Furthermore, what adds to the "turn off" is the fact that he's not answering questions to stuff we already know about.
You asked "How did you guys come here? Did you hear a recent show or an old show?"
I was in Shoutcast and did a search for video game radio sites and I just happened to click on your show.
Started listening (this is at work) and you guys were talking about Bioshock and how water and fire looks incredible and apparently easy for programers while the "floating" hand still looks like it's been beaten by a hammer and coated in plastic.
Right there, I knew that this was a show I've been looking for.
A show that provides honest descriptions and opinions; all the while being entertaining and effortlessly funny.
I've been listening since December of 2007 and it's been great! You guys are doing an awesome job!
Is it possible to keep the Halo 2 interview but have it not so often?
