They were showing this movie on IFC the other night. I must say I really enjoyed it. It's a movie that (pretty accurately O_O ) portrays what goes on in a real estate office. It's not your typical hollywood action C+ movie. The acting in this movie is just top notch, and it's one of the best i've seen in a long, long time. and the dialogue is well done. IFC always plays some good ass drama movies.

It came out in 1992, however this is the first time i've ever seen it.

I advise people who love GOOD movies to see this one. there aren't many movies of this quality these days. and I wish there were. It's a weird how the movies that go on unheard are the best ones.

Depressing movie in my opinion but the acting really is damn good, which is hardly surprising when you look at the cast.

heh, I think these types of movies are fun, especially when it's played out well. and I think this is Alec Baldwin's best performance. I almost shed a tear after he made his convincing speech:
