Im on wireless, stealing someone elses internet, and im downloading the Medal Of Honor: Airborne Assualt demo at
1 MEG A SECOND
Awesome.

Gamespot is pretty awesome. That's the first pay service like that I ever subscribed too. I think I did that in 2001 and I am still subscribed today.. Good decision.

Omg that game...Your time is much better spent if, upon finishing the download, you delete it immediately. Biggest waste of 5 minutes ever.

I love Gamespot's original shows like TournamentV, On The Spot, and Button Mashing. However, most of those shows grew and expanded with the help Rich Gallup, who recently left Gamespot. With the new On The SPot, you can tell that everyone is extremely out of it and sad at the loss of Rich. The show is much more calmer and quieter.
I hope Gamespot can move on and expand the show even more, but I really do miss Rich.

all i know is that their Gameplay HD show is like X-play with Down's Syndrome.
I like GS for their news and FAQ's, but their reviews can be nitpicky.

I remember not too long ago and my dorm internet fucked up. I was downloading Garry's Mod at around 3-4 MB/s
It was like 1%...99%
Then of course it never did this again.
Needless to say, I about pissed my pants the moment I saw that. xD
