From what I heard over at Gamespot it sounds like Konami is mulling over releasing MGS4 for multi-consoles. Yet, ANOTHER, Ps3 exclusive that may not be.

which is why i found G4's oral masturbation of Sony to be hilarious. 70% of the games Sony showed were going to be multi-platform.

FF 13(which honestly is moot, since FF's come out for EVERY system)
GT4??(sorry, i lost count, Gotham, Forza have set the bar pretty high.)
MGS 4(hell of a game, but not enough to make me put down $500 when i have a system that already does the exact same thing.)

There aren't enough exclusives, and the ones they touted as such have long since flown away.

Yeah, the list of PS3 exclusives is pretty light these days. They really gotta' start pulling in some more good ones.

I heard that Sony is commisioning Epic to make an exclusive game for PS3 utilizing the U3 engine. That could turn some heads, but it's only a start.

That's the problem with putting virtually ALL of your success on 3rd parties. 3rd-party support can come and go instantly.

So, I guess they announced earlier today that MGS4 will be exclusive to the PS3. Even though one day before they announced that they were thinking of releasing over multiple consoles. Go Konami.

btw, jayt pretty much all of those games are staying exclusives. It's just idiots making rumors. And If forza can do all sorts of odd things to 360, imagine the shit that killzone 2 can do. O_O
