Hmmm... Could be interesting, not only for playing upcoming games, but for the chance to do some job applications...

I'll be wearing my sega sports shirts while there...and I'll definitely be playing Rainbow Six 3 and XIII on XBox whilst there...EA can rot in hell.

Also, Q, who the hell are you going to give job applications to? The 18-year-olds that the companies hire to work the booths for them during the trip? No one even remotely important goes with along with those tours...and even if they did, they aren't the kind of people that hire new "talent" for their respective companies.
This tour is a chance for college gamers to try out their new games, not a chance for college students to go up to them and harrass them about getting a job for them because they simply love videogames.

I'm kind of looking forward to trying out Need for Speed: Underground, but the rest of the EA stuff just doesn't pique my interest. It really looks like UbiSoft will have the hardcore stuff though: Prince of Persia, XIII, Beyond Good and Evil, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. I don't really have any video game themed clothes to wear to the event, but I can attach a rubber band to my EB Games frisbee and wear it as a hat. The ladies totally dig the combination of unique style with creative marketing. Charisma Modifier +5

Woah, calm down there, Jack. Can't blame me for being optimistic. But I did reread the post and it looks like the video game companies are just hiring a 3rd party to do the touring for them. So scratch that idea. But I'll be taking a resume just in case, ya never know.

Eidos sucks, and the Kain series is about the best example of a great idea gone wrong I can think of.
The Ubi Soft games are probably the best on there. But none of them have been reported to be that great, I don't know Prince of Persia might be worth playing.
Look, can't you see the fan-fucking-tastic games coming out everywhere?? Half-Life 2, FF:TA, F-Zero GX, Soul Calibur 2, Viewtiful Joe, Mario Kart, to name just a few. September is the month of hurting wallets =D.
