If I'm not mistaken, the Cool Crest in Independance, MO has an Initial D arcade game. But I'm not sure, I haven't been there for a while. I have to go check it out sometime. But the game I really want to play is Beatmania IIDX. Cool Crest was supposed to have it a long long time ago. But there's been alot of problems with the one they got, so I think they're trying to get a different. But anyways, Initial D does look really cool. Another racing game I really want to play is F-Zero AX.

I'm not sure though. Its just something I heard. Maybe I heard they had it in, or maybe they were thinking about getting it. So, if you plan on going, you should probably call them and make sure. Ors, ask someone who's been to Cool Crest recently.

I think the Ameristar casino arcade in Kansas City has it too. It's amazing how the main character's car can do all of those crazy drifting moves, especially because it's the same kind of car that my mom owns. I was never able to do any of that when I drove her car. Oh well.

Well I think the main character's car is supposed to be souped up with all sorts of modifications, so it'd be a liiiiittle different than your mom's car. Unless she's tricked it out with super tricky shit.

The latest Wired magazine has a bunch of info on drift racing (and Initial D) - it's a pretty cool article.

I've played this at the mall where I live, and I'm completely addicted. I really can't stop playing it. At first the game is pretty hard but you get the feel for it pretty quick and it's not so bad after that. I've completed the game and now I just play around with Time Attacks for fun. I can honestly say that this is my favorite racing game, and if you guys get the chance you should check it out.
Oh, and the link that was given to the videos is a really good forum, except for all the poor grammar. The address is
http://www.initial-d.com/forums for those of you interested. It's got almost all the info you could ever need about the game.
