I am looking for one. A program that monitors upstream/downstream throughput most importantly, but anything that monitors lots of info about your PC is useful
I am getting nasty emails from the school that I am using too much bandwidth and want to see how much I really am using. Any help would be appreciated. (I know the network device has something similar, but I want something to break it down into it's seperate parts, like how much Kazaa, Trillian, etc... use)

I only know of one tool that would do what you're asking for, Juan. Goes by the name of NetStat Live, by AnalogX, which can be found here. It accuratly monitors your outgoing and incoming numbers, as well as giving reboot and monthly totals, and averages for both. It also monitors CPU usage, and averages usage based on last reboot. Pretty handy little tool, made even better by the fact that it's freeware in its basic form.
As for monitoring individual programs, I've never seen anything like that, so can't help you there.
