I need a new shooter!

I havnt played a good FPS game in some time now ( i'm not really that fond of resistance. ) so i tried playing Rainbow Six Vegas on my PC... Didnt work so well. So i uninstalled that and installed rainbow six lockdown. ehh, its O.K, not great, but ok. Like gamespot says, the game does have an arcadey feel to it. It just doesnt satisfy me enough. since Rainbow Six Vegas is coming to P3, i'm planning on buying that. Does anyone here play this game?
Can you tell me if it's worth $60 or not.

Well. I played a bit but I don't have enough experience on my hands to tell you how much it's worth, so, unless you want me to give you a First Impressions, I'll just wait for the expert.

Atticus and I used to play it on a nightly basis; loved every minute of it. There's a skill/learning curve to it, but if you've got any CounterStrike experience, you should do great.

If you're looking to buy a cheap but fairly enjoyable shooter, there's the relatively unknown Area 51 that you can probably find for like $5 at EB/GameStop. Few years old now, but still the graphics even look good on the PS2 version, although better on the Xbox version.
