Not sure where to put this, so i chose here.
I was in Target in Lawrence and noticed that NBA2k7 was on sale for 39.99 for the 360. Yeah, great..I know. So I purchased it and took it home. I noticed that the shrink wrap was a little easy to get off, but why complain? That shit is a pain and I should be happy. My girlfriend watches me open it with that loving glare as she always does anytime I get a new game, knowing that she will take a seat behind video games at some points in her life. Anyway..I open the case and to my amazement: No Game. I stand shocked for a while and quickly jump to the floor as if it fell out of the case and rolled under the couch at warp speed, but it wasn't there. How could this happen? How am I going to return it? I felt out of luck, because who is going to belive me? I returned to Target and walked up to customer service where thankfully it wasn't an old hag standing behind the counter but a strapping young lad in his early twenties that actually played video games. We could relate. I told him my story and he was also shocked. Instead of saying sorry he couldn't help me, he worked it out to where I could exchange it. The nice security guard walked up (who happened to be an NBA2K7 fan) and said "look at the shrink wrap, it is different. Just like hastings...) I learned that there are some snot brained punks buying games, taking them out, and re-wrapping them perfectly with the security stickers in amazing condition. They take them back to the store and bank on the "unopened" policy, where they then go home and play their free game.
This is bullshit, if anyone knows of kids doing this shit then take their little game playing hands and shove them so far up their ass that they will never play again...well I guess they could play DDR, but still....
And I am pissed I still cant get a Wii..

Maybe they're like my school. Everyone's so afraid to admit Nintendo's got a plan that very well could work that they think it sucks and create fake stories in their heads to try to make people and themselves avoid it.Mecha wrote:I got a Wii. I went shopping today and every place I went to had about 6 Wiis each. I don't know what the deal is.
