WifiMax...we no get signal. Main screen turn off.

I got this godamned WifiMax for PSP and DS and presumably Wii. Now I can't do anything with it. It gets a good connection. It's sharing the network with my internet...BUT NO MATTER WHAT I DO, IT NEVER GETS A SIGNAL AT ALL!
Anyone know how to fix this crap?
