my psp analog is completely fucked. i try to move it and it doesnt quit that direction until i push the opposite way with pressure. please if anyone can help, give me some advice

Try taking the nub off and putting it back on. It may sound odd, but I've never heard of anything of the sort happening before... so I can't really offer much help.
