LOL.....sony still can't dethrone Halo...

Sony's trying to hype up a new game by calling it the "halo killer". I say shenanigans. Nothing on ps2 could probably come close to being better than halo....except for maybe amplitude...

edit: Wait....I just let that sink in...Amplitude is not near as great as halo...but it is way up there. And Mighty bean, what do you think of a sony "halo killer"?

Yeah, even I (the Microsoft hater) have to admit, it's not very damn likely that Sony can top Halo. For one, it's literally impossible to do so graphics-wise, and they'd be very hard pressed to make a game with the gameplay to outweigh Halo's graphics and gameplay.
Speaking of Halo killers, is it just me, or does the new Starfox gamecube game look like Nintendo's trying to make a Halo killer? A multiplayer shooter with land vehicles and Arwings... Hmmm...

Obviously Sony can't compete on the Graphics battle ground.. But they may have found some innovative gameplay concept that is really fun and awesome.. Although, the 'kill zone' doesnt exactly sound that interesting..
I guess we will wait and see.

Microsoft can't dethrone halo.......no one is willing to spend the 4 years it took to make halo what it is.
Bungie unlike other game makers for some reson realized that if something was wrong with the game it was better to fix it than deal with it.

Oh yeah and WTF Amplitude and Kindom Heart II are not even the same genre as Halo, so they would never be Halo-killers.
