We use iCal to manage all of our scheduling needs at e3, and I thought it would be helpfull for all of you to be able to see it. This way you'll know what we are doing, at what time, and when updates should take place. Its all correct time zone, and the time zone it is displayed for you in is shown in the upper right hand corner.
SCHEDULE: http://ical.mac.com/breakmanx/E3
It isn't finalized, and I will continually update it.
Besides that here are the things we are doing so far:
Flying in on the 6th;
Having video of the E3 experience. We're going to shoot stuff in and around E3, besides just game stuff. Thought y'all might want to know more about the experience of being there as well. Plus, there's always hillarious shit that happens at E3. A lot of funny shit...
Weezer and Richie will do one post each mid-day to give you an update on the goings on. Then after we get home, we'll do a brief game show style run down, and finally we'll prepare the footage into a evening news style broadcast for you to see. We plan on compiling excess footage, along with the broadcasts, onto a DVD post-show.
That's the basic run down. The schedule has all of our time frames up, so please check that for more info. Also, please post any suggestions you have for us.
Thanks, and we look forward to being your eyes and ears in LA in less than a week!
