Hello, everyone. Triad and I, some of the newest staff members, were recruited to create the new BreakmanX.com web design, but we've hit a snag. I'm good at programming languages and languages in general, but I had no prior experience with PHP before this project and that's proven to be a major problem. I will design the web site's look, but we need a coder to actually make it work the way I/we need it to.

Here are the major things that we're looking for:

- Knowledgable/fluent in the PHP scripting language.
- Familiar with the Joomla! content management system, or general knowledge on how a similar CMS works (ie. Mambo).

And the following would be beneficial, but not necessarily needed:

- Expert PHP/Joomla! knowledge to create brand-new modules.
- Has experience in XHTML and general web design.
- Can work good under a tight deadline.
- Has worked on a major website project before.
- Has a decent sense of humor and can stand the moderately frequent nagging of two men.
