No. I can't even imagine it being good whatsoever. PLAYING the story is one thing, but I don't think that a movie of Halo would do anything for me. I mean, MAYBE, but you know it's gonna suck.

I always thought the story was one of the weaker aspects.. I mean the situations are really cool, but I just don't see it translating into a movie well. I really hope I'm proven wrong though, and I can't wait to hear the theatrical version of the theme.

I liked the story of the game in a way but...I mean come on. How many futuristic war movies have actually done well?

Ok ok Starship Troopers was good but what else?

First of all, Starship Troopers sucked. Second of all, I agree with Break on this, the game was fun to PLAY, but even the cut scenes were kind of boring. You really have to play Halo to like it. Most of what is fun is just shooting and killing. NOT the actual story.

AND the theme would sound hot in a theater with some THX. The most famous "Ahhhhhh" line of all time.

when i found out about this movie i knew weezerjedi was somewhere weeping tears of joy. its not every day his favorite game ever gets to be a movie.

I think his wish will come true. Halo The Movie will most likely be bad in my opinion. I can't see it being good.

Hope they make it look more realistic than the game did, with all the graphics being plastic-like and fake-looking. I think it could be done well enough to be good, it's just a question of IF they try to make a good movie, or just make a few bucks.

I honestly believe that their in it to make a few bucks. A Halo movie?!?!? WE COULD MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY!!!

I know, that I DEFINITELY wouldn't go see it the first night. I would wait for a positive feedback before wasting good quality IN N OUT money on it.
