I know lots of hardcore gamers look down on The Sims / The Sims 2, and even I will admit that the gameplay is pretty secondary to the lovely godlike feeling and the voyeurism that seems to be attractive to so many ^_^

So, who's played it... and I mean really played it? And what did you think?

I knock on the Sims at least every Show, but that's only because it dominates the NPD charts. In a twisted way, you could say I'm complimenting the franchise for doing so well in the market.

I've never played one. And I'm sure if I did, I'd end up burning the little Sims house down or something.

yeah, I have some of the more realistic skin mods myself... though nothing truly pornographic, but I am aware that there is a large and dedicated section of the online community who have devoted a lot of time to developing this aspect.

Yeah, nothing could ever really get me to play a Sims game, even nudity. Cause even if there was a lot, there's always better ways to see nudity.

I felt totally the same until I played it. I swear it's more addictive than crack.

And Sims 2 is creepy... the sims LOOK at you (or appear to look at you) sometimes, and it's kinda weird.

Plus, you can make an almost perfect replica of someone you hate and then oops... their kitchen burned down and they died screaming in flames. Pity.

Mental Notes:

- Look both ways before crossing the street
- Straight gin is disgusting
- Stay on Likkle's good side


Sorry Likkle, I'm just too fond of violence to content myself with The Sims. I do admire the depth of the game, and it's obviously well made. Just not my type.
