GTA investigation is going too far.

"Despite such admonishments, Take-Two is facing legal trouble of another kind...in civil court. This morning, according to the Associated Press, a lawsuit was filed against the publisher in the Southern District of New York. According to the AP, plaintiff Florence Cohen claims she was "damaged" after learning of the sex minigames hidden in San Andreas, as she had bought what she thought was an M-for-Mature-rated game for her grandson. Her complaint seeks class-action status for purchasers of San Andreas and charges Take-Two and Rockstar with "unfair business practices, consumer deception and false advertising," according to the AP."
Are you kidding me??? She was "damaged"??? No, she's seeking to capitalize on damage done by these half ass media personnel.
First off, how old was her grandson? GTA is known as an adult's game anyway, due to its content. Was she "damaged" by the graphic violence, the profanity, or the pick up a hooker minigame that preceded hot coffee. Does she know that the whole purpose of some missions revolve around screwing some dame? She knew, or was oblivious to it until she saw a chance to make some money piggybacking off a bogus investigation.
Second, these people complain about "Hot Coffee" yet Leisure Suit Larry, God of War, The Guy Game, Playboy Mansion, and DOA Beach Volleyball either have nudity codes/patches, strong sex content, or sex minigames. Where was the bitching and moaning then? The movie "9 songs" was marketed and shipped as a movie, yet included explicity sex and footage of rock concerts. It was pornography, yet it flew under the radar. Maybe it was the fact that 9 songs is a european flick, where they aren't as anal about sex...and no pun intended, but Rockstar is getting fucked up the ass on this scam.

This grandmother - Shut up and get back under the rock you came from, your 15 minutes ended 15 minutes ago.
Hillary Clinton - Shut the FUCK up, and suck Bill's cock before one of those fine Harlem bitches gets a hold of Big Willie C.
The US Gov't - Save the cash, and spend it on your archaic No Child Left Behind program. At least pretend you care about the children in this country. You weren't worried about what they have been playing the last 13 years anyway.
