I can't fucking wait to drive the new urban courses Bizarre has cooked up. Real life courses are great, but city courses are a different kind of fun.

Well, to answer you, Mecha, yes they do have the time. Apparently they took some ungodly amount of real-life pictures for research and reference on the cities in question this time around, and they apparently developed a really cool program that translates those pictures they've taken into in-game geometry. From what Bizarre Creations is saying, every little corner, side-street, and everything like that will be just as detailed as that shot. And if you need another screenshot to drool over, here ya go:
