ok i just remembered this anime with a pretty cool opt. but i cant remember what is called
its like this old guy who use to be in this hard rock band , and now he saves the universe by playing a guitar to power so weapon against aliens, and by day hes some buisness man, they use to air it on international channel...anyone ?

Hmm... It's nothing I can recall, but you could try Anime News Network. Scroll through their database of anime shows (they've got the name of every single anime ever created, so it's there) and see if you recognize the name.

i think i know what anime your talking about. was there like a cover to a dvd where the guy was standing with this guitar and had big wings spread out behind him? i can't think of the name. used to see this all the time at work.

I've always been a huge fan of Pioneer/Geneon acquisitions. In my opinion they are THE best company that brings anime here to America; they just do it so well.

Perhaps I'll take a look at "The Legend of Black Heaven". If nothing else just for kicks because it sounds pretty humorus!
