No, no. My computer is the only one is this house that actually has a DVD capable drive. If I can find my DVD-Rs, I have the entire fansub available to me. My computer is in the shop for repairs to the power supply and won't be back until Wednesday evening...
As a rule, I keep a DVD-R of fansubs of series' I really like until I have the money to buy the domestic DVD releases. Then I toss the DVD-R out and patiently wait until I can joyfully watch the official full-quality shiznat as they're released on Amazon, Deep Discount DVD, or in one of my local retail stores (God bless Suncoast -- the only place to buy retail anime (for me anyway)).
The girl that shapeshifts is Envy. And... heh... hehe...
P.S. w00t! for the sixth page!

I know... that's what got ME! I edited it out in after thought because I wasn't sure if they did that for a specific reason or not. I didn't get it until the last few episodes... Envy used the male form of identification, and... a few other indications that Envy was, in fact, male.
Before this, they were casual about never giving any indication of sex for Envy... I certainly never noticed anything, at least. And the fansubs always used "she" until those very last episodes when they had to change it.
Again... I don't see why it makes a difference, but all the same. I guess it doesn't matter. Particularly since they do have "cross sex" all the time. We got guys dressing like girls, and acting like it too, as well as vise versa, in a lot of anime. I wasn't particularly suprised after the first initial, "God damn me, why didn't I see it!?".

Hey remember the little nobleman dude off of Code Veronica? Now that was scary.

Missed that particular Resident Evil. But I have seen some scary shit all the same...
NOTE: I was ranting and completely off of the FMA subject at hand... I removed the rant; I want this to stay directly FMA related if at all possible. Sorry.

Well tomorrow we get to unravel more of the plot behind Scar, The Homonculi, and the particularly powerful homonculian named Greed...I CANT WAIT!
O and I mentioned the noble dude off of Veronia because we were talking about cross dressing.

Yes, crossdressing. I know -- I went on a completely long and tiring rant about crossdressing in anime and a rather radical list of my favorites. Haha! I just thought it was a LITTLE too much.
Next episode is 23, "Heart of Steel". This episode is a point-focus on the Elric brothers. Be prepared with a bottle and a blanket because your mind is gonna be fried after trying to think through the shit they stick you with.
At least, that's what happened to me anyway.

Winry kicks ass, but nothing can come close to the man only known as Maes Hughes. 'Nuff said.
At any rate, next episode is 24, "Affixing Memories". Or "Bonding Memories" as FUNimation calls it... I think I prefer the Japanese translation over it though. It sounds cooler.
.
I want to hear EVERYONE'S suspicions, accusations, and the such about this episode. Let me hear what you think, because when I first saw it I was like, "... WTF?"
EDIT: To avoid posting another post... I did reply to your PM. It should be there... It's rather long, though. I hope it made it.

Well id say Ed is fucked for awhile unless he can convince Al otherwise. I wouldve ended up restraining him using alchemy somehow while i tried to explain to him that he was just being paranoid. That episode was boring but it explained alot. O and uh for some reason I thought that scene with the cows floating overhead while Ed and his girlfriend argued over him drinking the milk was funny as hell. Especially when Ed shook his fist in the air and chased the cows off XD.
Could you explain something to me? Does the artwork get different further into the anime? Because the current ending scene for each episode has the colors darker and his automail hand looks different.

Like I said, the episode was point-focus on the brothers. It wasn't really meant to be all that exciting, it was mainly an explanation episode to give people a break after the constant battles and mysteries from the last several episodes.
I thought it was actually pretty cool. At least it wasn't filler episode. Actually, if I recall right, FMA doesn't have a filler episode. It all furthers the story, though some albeit slowly, it all leads into something specific. Either a backstory or bonding or the such.
Which reminds me for those who have seen about three to four episodes further:
I saw Ed and Al's teacher and her husband in the train station as the camera panned over to Armstrong! Cameo of future characters, I thought that was so cool... Bitchin' actually. Haha! They were the two people checking out the map or the schedule or whatever that paper was that was hanging there.

Al is way too paranoid for his own good. "What if your all in on it!?" <-- XD Agent Mulder! But yeah I just noticed something...we are only 1 full episode away from episode 25 (If its as good as you say its gona be KICK ASS)
I take it episode 25 is a turning point? Or a plot twist? Dont spoil it just say one of your famous little things about FMA that makes us wanna fast-forward time to see it.
O yeah could you PLEASE explain to me why in the ending scene it looks different from what im watching during the show itself..im still wondering about that.
Bleh I still havnt found a place to dl that ending music...mainly because I dont know the title of it
but uh could you tell me the title of the ending music? It would be appreciated

I presume, in the ending scene, you're talking about Ed's automail and hair, as well as Al's spiffy looking armor? They just did it that way... they took some artistic license and just... did it. It has no meaning...
As for the music, I believe that's the third ending. If I can get you on MSN or Yahoo! or a messenger of the like (perferably IRC), I can send you the ending. I know where to get them all, but... its not something I prefer to discuss in the open. Heh.
Episode 25 is one that you should
not miss under any circumstances!! All I can really say is, "Bring some toilet paper -- Ha! Figure that one out!"
EDIT: They are, in fact, using the third ending: Tobira no Mukou He. The fourth ending is "Motherland." The ending songs get more sentimental as the series goes on, lol. Which means if you pay close attention to the melody and words you can tell where it lands.

Ah. I remember you saying somewhere they were using the fourth ending. So I figured maybe their drawing style changed from now til then or something and pretty soon the entire episodes would look like that :/ (Made perfect sense to me)
I cant wait til Ed starts shooting little energy blasts out of his hands like he does in the opening lol XD. Of course if he starts shouting Kame hameha he's gonna get sued XD

NOTE: No spoilers. No worries.
.
For those who've seen the series, or don't care to watch it through the English version, or just really really really wanna see what happens, I highly recommend, "Fullmetal Alchemist - Episode 52 SPECIAL: Reflections".
Its around 55 minutes long, and has all you pretty much need to know about what happens in the series, only in slightly less detail in some areas. However it is a reflections episode. It's not perfect. I still recommend the first-timers watch the series first -- it kicks so much more ass -- but hose of us with horrible memory will welcome the refreshers it brings. Those who just wanna see what happens won't be disappointed, either.
They kept the ending cool. That's all that matters in the end (pardon the pun). <gets shivers up his back> Kick ass.
