Just finished up YuYu Hakusho.

THAT IS EXACTLY HOW DBZ SHOULD HAVE BEEN! Good fighting, quick fighting, they can actually finish a round in episode, and they don't scream for five freaking hours while powering up.


Also, Zephie-Chan got me into this anime called...SLAYERS Revolution. I'm planning on checking out the original Slayers before I watch this to get a feel for it.

I am considering buying some anime, but I can't decide which ones. Let me know which from the list bellow I should look into 1st. Thanks for the help

What have you seen so far that you've liked?

There are a lot of cheap series box sets rattling around nowadays. Like, $30 for a 26-episode box set. What a time to be an anime fan.

I love Ghost in the shell.

I'm ashamed to say that I have not watched much...as rellavent in my avie...all I have seen is the origanl Yu-Gi-Oh, when I was in highschool...but my girlfriend loves anime and told me that Princess Mononoke was good and a few others. I love a good story, something that will pull me in...I was obsessed with yugioh. I watched it religiously...not too mention that the ancient egyption theme around it was unique and uncommon. I was hopping the new Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds would be a return to the classic characters, but no...pissed me off...oh well.

Basicly: looking for awesome story, great characters, romance is fine, and lots action/adventure. I'm open to all sugestions.

I watched Haibane Renmei recently.

I wasn't expecting to like it, since I've never liked any Yoshitoshi Abe anime before.

But hey, I really liked it! Pleasant suprise.
