this is why i buy dvds, when i'm just to sleepy for subs i'll watch dubs...if they are good. which they often aren't.
i don't see how downloading manga is any different than anime. i mean with anime you could import dvds but manga is hard to find and to import.

No, actually, I do enjoy the DB shows sometimes, especially the original DB. The fact that FLCL is on the top of your list gains you 5000 respect points from RT.

The original DB episodes are esspesially good after reading Monkey and seeing the simularities since it is a parody of that book. I would recommend that book to anyone interested in east asian legends and whatnot.

Um, ow.
DBZ was my first anime, so it has a special place in my heart. Its a good training anime, I think.
FLCL rocks somethin' fierce, doesn't it? I'm po, not even poor, but po, and I like FLCL enough to have bought the three DVDs and the collector's box AND import the two soundtracks. Go Pillows! Woo doggies!
*Ahem*
Sorry.

About that seller on amazon, is it pirated?
Not that I have anything against it per say, but I just wouldn't want to pay cash money for something (however cheap) that wasn't official. Might as well download and burn if such were the case.
I payed $112 for the Trigun box and thought myself a savy buyer, was I being horribly naive?

Yeah, I suppose I'll add Outlaw Star to my list too. So many anime its hard to keep track.
I don't like any of the .hack OVAs or TV series. Maybe I'm missing something. Why do you like it?

.hack legend of the twighlight bracer is ultimate cause it brings that feeling of the game into the show unlike hack sign where they fukin talk about crap i dont understand cause i forget to watch cartoon network that night, so u should check .hack//legend of the twilight bracer out its pretty good
on another note i saw godannar and i must say im disguisted at the way they use mechs in that bad anime, ohh and the random breast bounce is just lame when they have to resort to that to make the anime even decent

Just so everyone knows, .hack//Legend of the Twilights Bracelet is merely the translation of the Japanese title. It's American name is .hack//DUSK if I'm remembering that article correctly.
As for why I like .hack//SIGN... Well, it's one of those rare anime that I find where the creator and I have a common link. .hack//SIGN was one that caught my attention because it seemed like something I would have written if I were smarter and more good looking
. I just have a connection to the .hack series on a subliminal level so I can't really explain it.
And, also, about Godannar!!... On some level I have to agree that some of the stuff they did in it is... Err, let's see... 'Unnerving' could be a correct word but not completely correct in context. Anyway, I continue to watch the raws mainly because I've watched it since the beginning and it just gives me a laugh every now and then when I realized what it is, exactly, that I'm watching.

ohh i do like how hack sign isnt one of those run around with gun and might makes right animes, those are way to generic, so i guess sign is pretty good on the fact that it prays on my intellectual side(yes i promise i have one)
