I meant systems that were announced new at this year's E3. Nintendo's been saying the last few years that they'd learned from the GameCube and that they wouldn't have a late start and all this stuff... They already have a late start unveiling. I just, desperately, want to see them learn from mistakes.

I think that saying Nintendo didn't show up is an incorrect perception for next-gen. We learned new details on the Rev and actually saw the console. They will still launch alongside the PS3. Just because they didn't bring a PC and play "idealistic" movies doesn't mean they didn't show up.

When you cut through the PR BS, it was obvious that everyone had a poor, poor showing. Those that say Sony had a "Strong" showing are merely blinded by pretty pictures and for all we know, vapor stats.

Next year's E3 will be the real deal. And yes, the big N better come out swinging.

What GAMES did everyone really come away wanting after seeing gameplay? Lots of DS games, some PS2 games and Zelda.

Well, the other console developers at least put on a show concerning their new systems. :P

It just seems like Nintendo isn't really trying yet, which kind of annoys me.

I hope they don't decide to screw up until AFTER they released SSBM with online capability. *drools* I just played it with 4 players today and yesterday and it was like Christmas twice in a row.
