I can't say exactly why, but my best guess is that some of the servers you were playing on wern't tracked by the stat system. I suspect this because the exact same thing happened to me more than once when I used to check BFStats. I dunno what determines if a server is tracked or not, I just know it happens.

Well Realm... here are my conclusions on the whole stat tracking.

1. They aren't 100% acurate.. not sure if that is because of the communication between the game server an the stats servers.. (Here is where the sad part comes in) I have played BF:V on one computer, and had my stats up on another next to it.. I had a pretty good round with some n00bs, and earned the gold metal.. I refreshed the stats, and it showed up as a silver or bronze.. so according to the stats, I still haven't rec'd a gold metal.

2. There is some disclaimer on there if you go to help or faqs, about that you have to play so many maps and so much time before your stats show up.

3. One of my friends that plays competitively for KCW looked at the stats with me one time, and he said he didn't know any of the top 25 or so people on the stats pages... This could be because good people on teams scrim and don't pug.. or it could be that the people that are ranked have the same disease that you and I have, we need to improve our stats at least a little bit each day.

4. You have to use the same name with the same capitalization every time.. try to search your name with a couple variations: realm, Realm, R3alm, etc.

PS - my score is 520 right now, played 36 hours, prob 90% of that as NVA.

I've always gone as Realm, but thanks for the info. I've really never given a shit about stats or rankings, I prefer to just have a good time. I even try weird shit sometimes, pranks, kamikaze, or wierd weapons just for fun. I also often take roles and do things that help my team out considerably, while not helping my personal scores much at all. (flying the spawn chopper, ramming a pain-in-the-ass enemy tank with a jeep, ect) But that's one of the great things about this game: you can play however you want to. If you don't want to do anything but lay land mines all day, go for it! Kill/Death ratio doesn't tell much of a story, but I sure can when I'm telling my friends about the time I loaded a jeep with C4, drove up next to an enemy APC and detonated it, them, and me. Fun game; I love it.
I have spoken.

That's another problem with stats: non-combat roles don't reflect on any scoreboard. One more reason not to pay attention to stats.
