Your jumping ability in SSE is really downsized. I tried to get somewhere where if it were a normal Brawl, Pit would have been able to easily get up, but when I used his up-b he moved at about half speed. Made me mad.

Oh and on the topic of SSE, I hate those ghost things with the glowy eyes and those tower things with a passion.

I didn't ever notice that...You sure you weren't in one of those annoying air areas where the wind is pushing you down, or that you weren't in an area that might've had heavy gravity?

No, it was in an area where I was trying to fly up to get to a door (instead of using the cannons because I accidently went to far) The speed reduction wasn't as bad as half, but it still is annoying. (because I main Pit =P )

you'd simply figure that Nintendo(the king of the platforms) would put together a better platform mode, regardless of multiplayer being the main draw.

Maining a character is so boring...

I switch it up very frequently. Pit, Wolf, Falco, Fox, Olimar, Meta-knight, Pokemon Trainer, Zamus, and Link are my most played characters so far. Oh, and Sonic too, but I'm against 3rd party characters, so I'm not as fond about my use of him.

Trust me, I am aware of the dullness. So far I use a lot of Pit, Diddy Kong, Olimar, Sonic, Luigi, Jigglypuff, Lucario, Wario, and Sonic. I just am best with Pit, and want to get as good as possible with Pit. It is rather annoying when online there seems to be no switching of characters going on. Heck, at one point I got through that entire list of characters I use and two of the people I was fighting were still using the same characters. (Link and Ike, it was on Brawl Anybody)

Sorry about not letting you join yesterday Mericks, but I set up matches with that person specifically to train my 1v1 skills.

I had some friends over (5 to be precise, which made 6 of us in total) and I still had 3 characters left to unlock (the Puff, Wolf, and Toon Link). I didn't reuse a character until I got in a fight against me friend, Brent, and used Pit against his Meta-Knight (Meta-Knight quickly became Brent's favorite)

I still can't get over how bad the controls are. I did have fun beating break for a lil while...until he showed me his true power...

Yes, shall we say I unleashed?

The only thing I would change about the controls is allow the D-Pad (on any of the controllers) to be used for jumping and movement. That would help me out immensely. Analog sticks are great for a lot of things, but not this game.

I knew Lucario would be a good choice.

We played SSBB at the local theater yesterday and even though I got my ass kicked the first couple of games, I eventually made them look like a bunch of throw-ins in some action movie with Lucario's counter in a crowded area.

I swear, he's like Mewtwo in so many ways, except he's actually pretty damn useful.

I love that grand laser xD

I used it and shouted out "IMMA FIRIN MAH LASER!" and got only a few laughs :(

I guess they're not into internet fads :/

I love the analog stick in this game...
...
And Break...[secret]you can fully customize the controls.[/secret]

Also...I swear Lucario is UNLIKE Mewtwo in so many ways...He has ONE, MAYBE two attacks that are even similar to Mewtwo's.

Yes, but you cannot make the D-Pad into what the analog stick does. You can make up jump and that's it.

Very weird...personally, I've found the analog stick to be very crucial to me, however...It really works for me on there..

You COULD try to use the Wiimote by itself, however, Break. It takes a bit of getting used to, but eh...it works. Personaly, I'm gonna try switching the shield and taunt buttons on there though...it just seems...weird having the shield on the bottom...and you can't do the multiple taunts easily with the A button...

Meh, in order to be pretty decent, I'm going to have to get another controller down from the attack.

I have this Wired MadKatz controller and it sucks :/

Character goes very slowly to the left when I don't want him to. And the A-Button sticks sometimes. Although, when it sticks, it's not a big deal because I can still use it. It just doesn't pop back up more than a micrometer xD

Meh, I'll tell you this. That godamn Maze level near the end really PISSES ME RIGHT THE FUCK OFF!
