Peach & R.O.B. ain't got nothin' on Meta-Knight, nor Sonic...(now that I finally have him...)
I agree that Meta-Knight is cooler than he probably has any right to be. Crazy rapid attacks, good upward smash, flight, and just a cool voice to boot.
I'm still all over ROB though. He's got an amazing '3rd jump' with those thrusters, and his normal melee attacks do huge damage. Huge.
Sonic I like, though he hasn't totally won a top tier spot in my mind yet. For the most part, he's pretty spectacular, though I can see this side smash rolling him off the edge of small levels, much like Yoshi's egg-roll.
Snake I have the hardest time with, offensively. His rockets are cool cuz you can control them, but all his specials are painfully slow.
If you roll off the edge with Sonic's spin dash attacks you can jump or attack out of it and use your spring to launch back to the stage. Sonic has amazing recovery, and like Meta-knight, ALL his B moves can be used for recovery.

Its poop! System stalled out during a play through with Luigi.
Well, I guess the system's getting mailed in over Spring break. The one upshot of this is that I'll be very productive this week...

This is the worst online system I have EVER seen.

At least it's better than GameCube, where only 3 games were actually playable online.

What were the other 2? I know of PSO, and I am guessing you aren't counting the hack that let you play Melee online.

Well then by all means send Nintendo $50 and demand you get a better internet system.
Seriously, why do people complain about Nintendo's online? It is free, the ONLY way Nintendo makes money is through video games, they don't sell other electronics nor do they dominate the computer market, and yet they STILL manage to sell their products at the lowest price, with the fewest glitches and bugs, and with the most amount of innovation and fun. So everyone just STFU about Nintendo's online, and be happy that they have such fun games available, especially with added online considering YOU aren't paying for it.

PC and PS3 games are free online as well and they're implemented fine.
SSBB is laggy online and can be sometimes hard to connect with friends. Everyone had to leave the god damn room last night because the timer counted down and we missed our slots. Free or not free, Nintendo's online system is sloppy. Plain and simple.

I complain because it's awful. 'Just be happy that you have it' isn't an excuse, especially since I'd be more than willing to PAY for a Nintendo service that doesn't suck balls.
And Nintendo has been the most profitable of the three console producers for the last two generations - they're the only ones that actually MAKE money when one of their consoles sells. It's not like Nintendo is strapped for cash.
Nintendo has also been in denial about online since the GameCube, and it really shows with Wii online. You have a friend code, but you don't use it to play SSBB, so you have another code, which are about as memorable as the carpet pattern at an airport, but it doesn't matter anyway because Nintendo somehow didn't anticipate that SSBB would be the best selling Wii game to date, and didn't have enough servers to support it.
And like Mecha said, when you do get online, the entire system is sloppy. Nintendo could have done much better.

=) Thanks for the intelligent comebacks. That little spiel has been something I have wanted to say for a while and I though this place would be best because the counter arguments wouldn't be something like "your an idiot".
Definitly see your points now. Although Nintendo just probably looked at Japan, where everybody is packed so close that people just walk over to their friends house to play. Although that itself isn't a valid excuse.

Yeah, we definitely have more intelligent conversations around here. Our forums don't really suffer from the usual intarwebz stupidity.
You're still on my cool list.
