And Wiizer, quit what? I mean wtf would you be quitting if MGS4 went to the 360? The BreakmanX site? xD
You don't try blaming me. You could've typed those out with or without my influence.Verence wrote:Montreal makes the better Splinter Cell games too. SC and SC:CT are way better than SC:PT and SC:DA.
I know, acronym overload. I blame the influence of Mericks.
They felt like the same game to me, which is what Ubisoft Shanghai seems to be doing. They use the same engine as the previous game and just work on the multi player. The true Montreal team creates a whole new Splinter Cell experience.Mericks wrote:Also, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow > Splinter Cell
Well, FFXIII wouldn't look too bad if ported to the Wii. No doubt it wouldn't look as good, but I wouldn't look THAT bad. Especially if a console with outstandingly different hardware (PS2) can pull off God of War 2, then I think the Wii shouldn't have much trouble pulling off the same/better shit with graphics.Vamp wrote:Back on topic (sort of)...
In the last couple of days there's even been talk of FFXIII no longer being an exclusive, and the natural other platform would be 360 (I laugh at how bad it would have to look to run on Wii... compare to that terrible Virtua Fighter 2 for Sega Genesis). If that happens it looks increasingly likely that I'll buy a 360, and if MGS4 gets ported as well it'll be the only console I buy this gen.
Hopefully the Elite fixes the hardware problems people have been having... and hopefully it's easy to hack. Theoretically though, 360 would be the better choice for hackers since downloading a 50GB... hell even 20GB Blu-Ray game, buying a Blu-Ray burner (expensive), and buying Blu-Ray discs (also expensive) makes it all the more difficult to work with a hacked PS3.
