betterman seemed a little to far out there for me to enjoy, beware sketchy story line, praise gaint robot otakus

Berserk is my all-time favorite anime/manga, Bebop is close behind. Bebop has really likeable characters and a good storyline, but Berserk is my favorite due to the sheer coolness of the main character.

I've never watched either Betterman nor Beserk... From the way people keep talking about it lately, I think I better. For the sake of not making this a completely senseless post, can anyone gives me a heads up? Like, what're these anime about, and what's your more in-depth perception of them?

Betterman is about some super powerful being that supposedly cant die and the good guys including Betterman try to kill it. Its really dark and stuff...silent hill monsters...silent hill moments...wierd scientific stuff involved...psychopaths...o yeah we cant forget the flesh eating worms 0.0;
