I think my favorite anime has got to hands down be Neon Genesis Evangelion. If you haven't seen this seires, you NEED to right now! There is a boxed set of 8 DVDs that has the whole series. And then there are 2 extra DVDs which are the ending to the series. The whole series is just so cool and the ending will leave you in a fetal position for days. What are you doing!? Go watch it now!

Eh. Personally, it's enjoyable, but very depressing. Don't watch it if you're feeling suicidal.

I liked Eva, but I didn't like End. I liked the episode endings better. I thought they were more... happy.

Amazing Anime. I just finished ep 13, and I am loving it. It is very interesting, not much action for you violence fans, but a great plot and a great back drop for a story. It makes me happy everytime I see that I have downloaded the next episode.

It is a 26 episode series

Grave of the fireflys is a great movie! I loved it.

If you found Street fighter to be an interesting movie you should check out Samurai Showdown the movie. LoL it was funny.

Grave of the fireflies was awesome! EVA was a good series, but the movies were just too confusing. One of my favorite series is Wolf's rain. I thought it was very well done and the plot is very different from most anme that I've seen.

I enjoy pretty much any anime series involving giant robots, (especially G Gundam, Gundam Wing, Gundam SEED). Lupin the 3rd is also "all that and a box of Pocky".

I have not really watched any animes, just some Kenshin OVA's, some TV series, Cowboy bebop, G- Gundam,...mainly just stuff on Cartoon Network. I have see a few Goldenboy episodes. But that is basicly it, just pieces here and there.

Any recommendation on some good animes?

[EDIT]- not watching continuously
