LOL that was awsome. Izumi is a MEAN bitch I swear. She single handedly goes into a building and totals everyone and everything, and then its a 5 way fight between the military, Ed, Izumi, those bastards, and im guessing Envy.
I almost wanna watch the uncut version of this just to see what was left out.

Oh by the way. Im guessing she is called Envy because her shape changing ability could be somewhat...interpreted as being envyess of someone else and wanting to be that person.

Each homoculus carries the trait of their name. Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Wrath, Greed, and Sloth. We have seen all seven, you just might not have recognized them all. That gives you something to think about, though. I want those gears a'turnin' our last twenty episodes left.

It is the next episode where we discover how homonculus are created, or how they are "born". We've got a lot of darkness left to go and one more arc (or "season").

And Typheus my man... It get's worse.

Ok what the hell does Lust have to do with piercing someone?

Lust has a will, a lust, to become human with the Philosopher's Stone. Greed wants everything. Wrath has a very bad temper. Gluttony wants nothing more than to eat abd follows Lust who is the closest sin related to its. Pride believes in nothing but its rule and uts way. Sloth is very laid back and follows the order of the strongest of the seven, Pride, with no real entusiasm. Envy can transform into any form it wishes to become except for the form it most desires of all.

The only unknown of this faction is Pride and also the one who has authority to command them all, or "one being to rule all seven" to totally hack up the Lord of the Rings saying. From the above, you can actually sorta guess who Pride is as you've seen them before. The one who rules them has yet to reveal themselves.

The "Sin" episode was a bomb-dropper to be sure. Wrath regains his memory, the origin of Homonclui is revealed... hot damn.

I THINK I know who pride is. Have we seen him/her so far in the series?

Does the series end at the end of the second season?

Im guessing the one to rule them all (XD) is that big eye in the doorway. Dunno who pride is though.

You have seen Pride, yes. Pride appears every so often, actually. Much like Sloth, only not as much. Never as much. And the one that rules over them has yet to appear...

We passed the second season and are currently on the sixth episode of the third season. There are four seasons in all with a total of 50 episodes. We just watched episode 31.

There are very few plot twists left and pretty much all grouped together. Which is a good or bad thing: Episode 32, "Dante of the Deep Wood"; episode 38, "With the River's Flow"; episode 42, "Without Knowing His Name", episode 44, "Hohemheim of Light", and episode 48, "Beyond the Gate".

This will probably be the last post me here except for pop in every once and a while to answer a question or something, so I left with a blast. Look forward to the episodes.

:)

Ok, I'm pretty sure I know who pride is then. I might be mistaken though.

Four seasons? Cool.

So it has already ended in japan?

The series ended in Japan on October 2nd, 2004. More than a year ago. The series wasn't licensed by FUNimation until after it ended, so they'd made some wonderful progress dub wise, coming that far within a year's time considering past records of their dubbing processes.

In addition to the series, the Fullmetal Alchemist movie "Conquerer of Shambala", the sequel to the series, has come and gone in Japan with no word of being licensed as of yet; it premiered in theatres July 23rd this year and hit rental DVD shelves on the 9th of September. No word yet on when it'll be released purchasable, but I'm still looking every now and then.

As I've warned Typheus before, don't go looking for information on the movie until you've seen the series or you'll know how it all ends. Maybe not the specifics, but you'll get the end result.

If you really wanna know who Pride is, or who controls them all, PM me or E-mail me and I'll say so. I know that suspense can kill.

Pride is....is...................... ... ..................SANTA CLAUSE!

Eh...from how much that teacher wants to deal with Wrath herself im surprised it isn't her. Ok I don't get sloth....how does her name relate to her? Because she ...."goes with the flow?" XD

I thought Greed was pretty cool until he jumped Ed like that. Gluttony and Lust are STILL pissing me off. They screw EVERYTHING up -_- And how was gluttony shooting guys with his mouth? Spitting metal? I can't wait to see the one Homonculi...TO RULE THEM ALLL!

How many times is Ed's metal hand gonna be broken? I know he breaks it during the Greed fight because of the commercials...that would make 3 unless you count the part where Al crushed it. Hey I was just thinking...couldn't Ed just repair it by clapping his left hand to it and then placing his left hand on the part thats broken? I mean if he can rearrange matter at a molecular level then im sure he would be able to get rid of a few cracks in some bolts.

He needs both his hands in order to create a complete seal. Automail are also some of the most complicated pieces of machinery in Amestris (the world of Fullmetal Alchemist). Usually the alchemists have to have some idea how the mechanics of what they're making works.
