The last official word I heard was Sept. 20th for the US.
But if they need to push it back to make it perfect or put in extra features I am willing to wait.
Supposedly if you have it preordered you should get a demo before the game comes out. That's what the guys at Gamestop said at least. Here's hopin'.
When's the second season of FMA coming out, anyone know?

You were right, the newest release date is Oct. 18th.
Still, just under a month more to wait, not TOO awful.

The DVDs of FMA are up to volume 4, which counts as up to episode 16 in DVDs releases. In technical standards, the second season of FMA starts at episode 14 and ends at episode 25, so we've started on the DVDs. Don't buy them, by the way, because FUNimation sucks ass.
The second episode of the third season starts, as I said, September 17th! Yay! I'm glad they're finally continuing it again because you guys need to see the movie as soon as you finish the series. It's just... utter... fucking... sweetness.

Well I hope they actually show the movie after the series is over.

Adult Swim has always been a little stingy with the movies. Ever since its inception, I've only seen a very rare few (not counting the Toonami block that was present before and then after Adult Swim's original airing failure). As a matter of fact, I believe, if you include InuYasha Movie 1 and the upcoming Escaflowne: A Girl in Gaea movie, there have only been three.
If the movie does air, it'll be forever. Your best bet, if it ever gets licensed, which hasn't happened yet, is to buy it on DVD -- I'll even forgive you if FUNimation gets their grimy hands on it.
.
Or you can suffer through one of my fansubs. Either way, you'll see it.

Now im gonna be laughing if I actually manage to post something before Zephie.
That episode was kinda scary...I would HATE to piss their teacher off.
Im still deciding on who would win in a fight, the big huge guy or the teacher. Id say the teacher because if all else fails she could put a spike up his ass XD
Ed and Al go the crap beat out of em. But then again you cant say that they didnt entirely deserve it because of the ressurection thing, especially after the long lecture on it that she gave them.
I cant wait for the rest of these episodes to come on. I especially wanna see the fight between them and Greed.

I fell in love with Izumi at first sight. She's my hero. I'll write something more meaningful as soon as I wake up in the morning... I'm catching the 3:00 AM airing...

Did you see that preview spot for new episodes of FMA on CN? The one where Ed is fighting Greed and Izumi says something like "You stay away from him!"? That was awesome. AS really has some talented people in their editing, music, and graphics departments.

Yeah, I think FMA is one of their major attractors at this point, so they pulled out all the stops for commercials. They even were able to get ahold, I noticed, of textless episodes and put in English subtitles (for town names and stuff), because you'll notice in the DVDs, no matter the English or Japanese angles, they display in Japanese. I think that was a good move for the editors.
It's not long now, say about two to eight episodes (or something like that), when the next two/three major plot twisters are unleashed for your full, "Holy shit!" pleasure and we continue on at a rather fast pace through the rest of the story. I hope you like them!
Today we got to see Ed and Al as they were years ago, and we have all of their past filled in. This last episode we have also been introduced to a new major character (that kid in the forest).
Now that that's over, they're going to focus on the immediate future... Which is fucking insane and intense if I do say so myself; after these initial two/three plot twists, there are three more where we finally enter the second half of the series.
Lots of kick ass humor this episode. But a lot of emotional twist. It's now that the series starts taking a turn for the darkest. Be prepared for the plunge from scattered humor to darkness and emotional turmoil.
On a slightly lighter note... Wasn't that bunny rabbit just CUTE as can be?! "I'm startin' to wonder if foxes are edible!"

Yeah that screaming noise the rabbit was making was nerve racking. O wouldve killed it though
Dude I thought hte guy in the mask was that great big man that is with Izumi. But eh I guess I was wrong.
That was an awsome episode. I thought Ed was gonna end up stabbing that guy near teh end there but I shouldve known better.
Ah I cant wait til next time so I can find out who the little smiling kid is. Reminds me of one of the homunculi but then again its probably meant to look like one to throw you off.

Hey err tell me this Zephie...Ed said that he could use alchemy without a circle because of his automail arm...but that doesn't make any sense because his teacher can do it as well and she doesn't have any automail from what I can see.
