1. Absolutely no pornogrophy on the boards. If a link to a questionable site is absolutely necessary for the post, a warning must be accompanied with the link stating the content of the link. This is left solely to the admins to decide what is and isn't porn.
2. No warez, or illegal software of any kind. You may talk about anything you wish on the boards. But, linking or explicitly explaining how to attain illegal material is completely prohibited.
3. Freedom of speech is promoted on this forum. I do not believe in profanity, so no restrictions on that end.
4. However, absolutely no racial slurs will be tolerated. Racism, of any kind, is completely prohibited on the forums.
5. Excessive flaming, with no other purpose than to destroy a being, is also frowned upon. The bashing forum is kind of leniant towards this, just because of its nature.
6. No "site-whoring." Basically these are posts with the sole purpose of promoting yourself, or your site. These posts will be immediately deleted, and further action will be discussed among the moderators. A discrete link in your signature will be accepted.
7. No wang photogrophy of any kind. Especially animated gifs.
8. Please read Mr. Period and this example letter from Penny-Arcade.
9. No spoilers of any kind for anything that has been released within 9 months. If you must post spoilers, make it heavily marked with ***SPOILER*** and several lines of space to aid the user in not ruining whatever thing.
10. No personal attacks. And yes, calling someone gay is a personal attack. Improve your vocabulary and think of a better insult. ..One that isn't personal. Fuck you works in most cases.
11. Any intentional attack on the functionality, or existence, of BreakmanX.com or any website relating to it will be immediately banned permanently. This is basically for any type of hacking on the website, forums, or chat channel.
All of the above are grounds for immediate delete of post, and based on the severity, a possible banning, or suspension. All moderators, and BreakmanX, have complete authority to enforce these rules. The moderators also have the ability to act on offenses not specifically mentioned, but create a negative experience for the BreakmanX.com users.
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 1 Hour Ban
3rd Offense: 1 Week Ban
4rd Offense: Permanent Ban
