MMORPG section, i dunno, the "online games" section seems kind more FPS based, and c'mon...who didn't play Evercrack? I am sure people are playing a lot of MMORPGs they are not talking about....

MMORPG
Actually.. I didn't play Everquest. The first and only MMORPG I have played was SWG. I beta tested that. Once it went live I went back to playing FPS style games. I liked SWG. It just seemed to be little more than a chatroom with Star Wars avatars. However, once the Space Expansion comes out, I will give it another look.

PlanetSide got Maximum PC's Game of the Year. They said with the new updates it's even better than it was at launch. Quote, "There's nothing quite like standing with a couple dozen teammates watching 200 enemies storm your position." Sounds fun, but I've just got so much other stuff to play.

EQ was GRRRRRRRReat (tony the tiger) but very very very LIFE consuming.....
Planetside, I really didn't care for, 1, your PC better have aGig + of ram or it runs like shit, 2, just play halo witha few friends, you never see 200 people at once
not even close, saw 1 major battle in beta...followed bya server crash lol.
DAoC ::::::1337ness:::: Nothing beats DAoC....I played...left....played...went completely on FPS...but i am coming back I give in....no way I can leave DAoC.....
Shadowbane - CHAOS total CHAOS just craZy
Anarchy Online ----- FAR from anarchy......the calmest MMOG ever...it is cool because there are so many places (especially in Omni-tech owned areas) to relax, I was actually a co-founder of one of teh biggest guilds (i 4get what they are called in AO) on my server. Omni Untouchables i think it was called.
Ultima - AKA the worlds largest beta......whata waste of my life
Earth and Beyond - Gayest game ever
SWG - the skill system was cool.....but i didn't care for it.
