Re: Vista agains Founds a way to make me Mad.
1.) Try running it in compatibility mode. Right click the .exe, click properties, click the compatibility tab and check the "Run this in compatibility mode for" button. make it run under windows XP SP2 compatibility. If that doesn't work, I guess you can try windows 2000 or NT.
2.) Update video card drivers.
If step 1 doesn't make it work, there's nothing else I can think of other than updating your video card drivers. I wasn't able to run Battlefield 2142 until I realized my Graphic drivers were outdated. tell me if that fixes it or not. I'm actually going to get this game for PC soon so I'll let you know how it turns out.
EDIT: It's specifically the disk you're having problems with? are you able to right click the disk drive and click 'explore' to see it's contents? you might want to try and see how copying everything from the disk to your PC works, if it's specifically the CD that's causing the grief. Try to do that, and then patch it with whatever the latest patch is. Also, is this KOTOR 1 or 2 ?

Stormeagle, I don't know what to tell you. I got KOTOR 1 recently and it runs fine, EXCEPT for when I install the 1.03 patch (something to do with mistaking Vista drivers as being outdated). Maybe the patch I got was corrupt or something. But as far as I know, it runs. Looking around, I've heard of people who had problems with the CD. You might want to try to get a NO-CD fix:
