Didn't you just build a new one not that long ago???

I haven't updated my PC one iota (aside from a DVD burner which obviously doesn't upgrade performance at all) since I moved to St. Louis, and that was 4 years ago! I'm still running on 512MB RAM!!

I hate you.

Ok So I got the computer built last night, which took way too long. Ran into problems getting the cheap Intel stock Heatsink/Fan and everytime I tried to boot the CPU would overheat, causing it to shut down. SO after several hours of frustration, and a run to the local radioshack at 8 pm to grab some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste, I finally got it set up. And Damn it is fast. Looks beautiful also. 1680x1050 Is a GREAT resolution. The HDMI looks good. I'm at work now, so I will post pics later. Only game I have right now is GRAW2, since it came free with my processor. And it runs and looks great. I think I may pick up bioshock today to test the DX10 goodness.

Moral of story: Buy after-market heatsink/fan for intel processors.
