Anyone have any good knock knock jokes?

To celebrate the release of the GBA game Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, the follow up to the N64s Paper Mario, Nintendo is having a best knock knock joke contest. Apparantly they've hired comedian Kathy Griffin to help out with the contest and judge the submissions. Personally, I'm not a fan of hers, not a fan of hers at all. But if you win, you could get a few decent prizes including a GBASP, Gamecube, and Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga. Ya, so think up some goos knock knock jokes and submit them.
