DS owned the Wii, but Wii owned everything else.
Wtf? You got a black DS Lite? Dude, I'm gonna make my own game system now. One that'll have a game that'll let me break into your house to steal your black DS Lite. Damn Nintendo.BreakmanX wrote:Everyone has a DS. Leanne's mom bought one. I about pooped my pants at the last visit, she pulled it out and started gaming. A fucking black one no less.
Luckily Leanne got a black one and let me trade my white one to her for it. What is love for?
...What an odd play on words. Though honestly, once all the $500 consoles are gone, then the Wii won't even be half the price anymore. Seriously though, there's a lot of factors other than price for why the people won't buy the PS3.Verence wrote:I think the sales figures for the Wii should be cut in half when compared to the PS3, it being half the price.
Of COURSE it's going to sell more if it's half the price.
This is pretty much the reason I've shyed away from the new Zero series. I like the plot, and I like the looks and style (new interpretation of Zero himself), but the difficulty worries me.BreakmanX wrote:BTW, Richie, you ever play the Mega Man Zero series for GBA? I highly suggest you check it out, its the spiritual successor to the Mega Man X series. Pretty good too. They are unbelievably hard though, except for Zero4. The reason I bring this up is that I've been replaying Mega Man ZX for the DS, which I previously did not like. The continuous map system they use, instead of the stage select screen, absolutely sucks but as long as you have a guide (mmhp.net) its a lot of fun. I'm actually really enjoying it now. Kinda sucks I have to play it in short bursts since I only do it when I can't be working on my papers...
Anyway, check it out.
Yeah, I know the whole difficulty thing. I mean how many people out there remember Ninja Gaiden? I love the game, but the fuckin' game was SOOOO hard at times (and in several sections, it was so fucking hard to do what's normally a simple task in a normal game, like taking 1 step through the room without dying) that it actually killed the game. I mean hard games are good, but fighting the same boss 574 times is a bit ridiculous...Richie wrote:This is pretty much the reason I've shyed away from the new Zero series. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind challenging games; I think the best MMX games walked that fine line between cakewalk and infuriating frustration. But if I'm playing a game, spending most of my energy overcoming it's incredible difficulty, then I'm probably not having much fun, and isn't that what games are about?
Play ZX, and maybe try Zero 4. I promise you'll enjoy.Richie wrote:This is pretty much the reason I've shyed away from the new Zero series.
