Only ways to softmod a Gamecube are to get PSO (the shitty way), get an SD card reader for GCN (only available online, parents unwilling to lend me credit card), or get an obscure version of Action Replay (that's also online only). Plus buying mini-dvds is no fun. Anyway, there's only a handful of really great GCN games I wanted anyway, and by downloading games I've been more able to buy them quickly.

I have a GameCube. I also have (off the top of my head, they're nowhere near me)
Baten Kaitos
Legend of Zelda: Collectors Edition
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
Metroid Prime
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
Resident Evil 0
Resident Evil Remake
Resident Evil 4
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Tales of Symphonia
3 controllers, and a 16x MadCatz *shudder* memory card. It is not hacked because the only good way of doing it involves an online purchase, something I can not do. I might have missed one or 2 games, most likely alphabetically between B and L. I think the only game left that I want for the system which I don't own is Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, and that's a maybe at this point (I've hear a lot of bad things about it).
That damn well clear enough for you? Or do you need confirmation links that these games do in fact exist, and are sitting on my shelf in my basement?
