I always thought Tails could someday be a villain considering that he has mechanics knowledge close ot that of Robotnik, but lacks the resources to build a damn army.

I figured since there was a Sonic game where you played as a black hedgehog with machine guns, there would be a possiblity for them to make Tails a villain.

But what the hell would his motive be? Would he try to get revenge on all the people for making fun of him for being a minor character? "I've followed you around everywhere you go, almost dying every minute because i had to give my rings to you, you bastard! I've never heard a thank you, or anything else. NOW I GET MY REVENGE!"
