For any of you people that watched Nickelodian growing up, I'm sure you loved this show as much as I did. After finding low quality versions on the Internet, I finally found good news. A company called "Direct Source Special Products Inc." has purchased the rights. They released the first season on DVD for $20 which isn't too bad for 13 episodes. (The first season plus the pilot.) I just received mine and it is awesome. Perfect quality.
I also found out the company purchased the first five seasons and not just the first as I originally had thought. I talked to the company about this and they said, "In response to your questions regarding our Are You Afraid Of The Dark: The Complete First Season, we are planning to release the other seasons. Season 2 is slated for a Fall 2006 release."
I'm excited.
Its taken me like two years, hehe.
